Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS required)
  • Willingness to obtain/maintain RBT certification or state ABA license
  • Enrollment in BACB-verified course sequence
  • 12+ semester units in ABA with one year ABA experience or two years behavior intervention experience
  • Minimum 2 years ABA experience with children with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check including fingerprinting and TB test
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and participate in play-based therapies
