Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • 1+ years practical experience with CI methodologies
  • Experience leading end-to-end improvement projects
  • Proven change management experience
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, CMMS, Visio
  • Six Sigma Green/Black Belt (preferred)
