Job Summary

  • The IT Vendor Management Director will integrate and manage services across multiple vendors, manage vendor performance and drive continual service improvement for all strategic vendors within HTAS.
  • This position may be based as a hybrid (minimum 3 days/week on-site) at either Quest’s Secaucus, NJ, headquarters or the Schaumburg, IL location.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years financial services/Vendor Management/Case Load Management in an IT environment with Outsource experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Lean Six Sigma (Preferred)
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
  • PRINCE 2 (Preferred)
