Job Summary

  • You will partner closely with managers to align people practices with business goals, support organizational development, and ensure full compliance with Serbian labor legislation.
  • You will manage employee lifecycle documentation, handle employee registration, changes, and deregistration with the Central Registry of Mandatory Social Insurance (CROSO), and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • You will contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and motivating company culture and support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
