You will partner closely with managers to align people practices with business goals, support organizational development, and ensure full compliance with Serbian labor legislation.
You will manage employee lifecycle documentation, handle employee registration, changes, and deregistration with the Central Registry of Mandatory Social Insurance (CROSO), and maintain accurate personnel records.
You will contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and motivating company culture and support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
