Job Summary

  • The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting catering business for the Wilmington Convention Center, developing food and beverage proposals, updating and enhancing the catering menu, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s), and communicating client requirements clearly and accurately to the Food & Beverage team and other internal departments.
  • The role requires actively soliciting food and beverage business, conducting site tours, preparing client correspondence and catering proposals, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
