Job Summary
This role serves as an advanced subject matter expert overseeing the technical aspects of the STRIDES project to strengthen infectious disease detection systems across West Africa.
The incumbent is responsible for directing professional staff, managing complex project plans, and ensuring adherence to United States Government global health security priorities.
The position requires leading proposal development, preparing donor reports, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders including Ministries of Health and international partners.

Must-have
12+ years program design and evaluation experience
Fluent in French and English speaking writing

Prior work in NGO or government agency
Documented participation in normative bodies
