Primary Location Base Pay Range: $99,400 USD - $149,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $94,600 USD - $167,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years of HR, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience
• AI Fluency
• Proficient skills with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling
• Experience working with customers and/or team members
• leading data requirements sessions
• Participation in a minimum of 1 full life cycle software implementation
• Understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle
• 2+ years of experience coordinating and collaborating with cross organizational partners
• 2+ years of experience mapping, transforming, and loading data
• Experience leading a Data Conversion work stream
