Job Summary

  • As a key player in Customer Service, you will be responsible for performing preventive and curative maintenance according to defined procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You will be integrated into a team reporting to the Regional Management "Auvergne Rhône-Alpes" and supervised by a Customer Service Manager, with support from a Back Office team and "Training Technicians".
  • The company offers a salary between €26K and €33K gross annually over 13 months, meal vouchers, profit-sharing, complementary health insurance, and 11 RTT days per year.
