Job Summary

• This role will act as the senior member of a brand‑aligned team of strategists, responsible for identifying and activating performance opportunities that unlock brand value and advising the business on drivers of transformational change.
• The ideal candidate comes with a proven track record of high-value brand consultancy, with experience framing, designing, and executing solutions to complex business challenges.
• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $162,900.00 to $271,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
