Must-have

  • BS or MS in Engineering or Science
  • Python or VBA scripting experience
  • Statistical methods and DoE analysis
  • Clean room suit and PPE compliance
  • Shift work in 24x7 manufacturing environment

Nice-to-have

  • Lean, TPS, or 5S principles understanding
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills
  • Experience with Spotfire, JMP, or Matlab
  • Knowledge of 8D or 7-step problem solving
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
