Job Summary
Assists Program Supervisor with overall planning, logistics and oversight of a Behavioral Health Stabilization (BHS) home.
Directly supervises direct support professional staff (DSP-RBT) and participates in employee selection, performance management and development.
Serves as Transition Navigator for the BHS home, facilitating necessary coordination and supports for residents with community and other supports at intake, discharge and following discharge from the residence.
