Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 10 years of Trade Compliance or customs or logistic experience
  • Significant exposure to operational execution
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Must be authorized to work in China
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • 5 or more years of experience leading customs and bonded-operations compliance
  • 2 or more years of experience working directly with customs or other government agencies
  • Proven ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical operational controls and SOPs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently handle complex operational tasks
