  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all kitchen mechanical, refrigeration, chilled water, and boiler equipment and systems.
  • Identify parts or machines that need new parts or replacement and place orders as necessary.
  • Participate in all safety-related classes and/or meetings and assist in training of other maintenance staff.

Key Requirements

  • Apprentice Electrician License Required
  • Boiler Operating Permit Required
  • HVAC and Plumbing Water Treatment Certification Required
  • Refrigeration Systems and Controls Certification Required
  • Licensed to operate a motor vehicle
