Maintain equipment and machinery in appropriate condition at the client's site or company facilities, operating machinery and explaining its hydraulic and electrical functionality.
Develop work routine procedures according to safety standards (SOPs), identify components, explain their basic operation, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify problems.
Provide assistance to the client regarding their product/equipment/processes under the service contract, utilizing specialized knowledge to solve common problems and suggesting possible improvements.
