Job Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for safety, quality and production of all coated steel products processed in their assigned department(s) at the Steelscape facility.
The incumbent ensures that production goals are met, customer demands are satisfied, and all manufacturing associates work safely within a self-directed team environment.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a targeted annual bonus of xx, health and welfare benefits and 401(k) match in accordance with BlueScope policies.

Salary
Base: $121,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: targeted annual bonus of xx; Benefits: health and welfare benefits and 401(k) match

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Manufacturing Engineering or related field or 10+ years relevant experience
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
5 years of experience in a supervisory or people management role
10 years of experience in manufacturing environment (preferred)
5 years of Steelscape Product experience (preferred)
