The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information while promptly reporting any suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosure of protected health information.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
