Job Summary
The IRC is seeking a Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Conflict-Related Sexual Violence (CRSV) Specialist for an upcoming FCDO funding opportunity to enhance the wellbeing of survivors and reduce GBV and CRSV.
The Specialist will provide strategic and technical leadership, support risk mitigation, response, and social norms change, and lead adaptive programming using data and contextual analysis.
Responsibilities include integrating GBV considerations across sectors, strengthening accountability to affected populations, engaging with humanitarian coordination mechanisms, and supporting advocacy and donor engagement.
