Job Summary

  • Provides support under supervision in complex assignments requiring judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills, such as operations analysis, line balancing support, process standardization, and lean manufacturing.
  • Monitors the correct application of standard operating procedures through periodic audits on the use of lean manufacturing tools (Lean audit and 5s audit).
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Johnson & Johnson corporate procedures and guidelines regarding environment, health, and safety.
