Job Summary
Provides support under supervision in complex assignments requiring judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills, such as operations analysis, line balancing support, process standardization, and lean manufacturing.
Monitors the correct application of standard operating procedures through periodic audits on the use of lean manufacturing tools (Lean audit and 5s audit).
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Johnson & Johnson corporate procedures and guidelines regarding environment, health, and safety.
