Must-have
Advanced or Bachelor's Degree plus experience
Experience in regulated industries like analytical instruments
Expertise in automation systems PLCs and Robot programming
System design and PCBAs troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in statistical analysis and continuous improvement
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with CAD software like Altium
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
AI integration experience
Ability to travel up to 20%
Experience supporting engineers and technicians
Cleanroom environment work capability
Risk assessment and root cause analysis knowledge
