Assesses patients’ knowledge and provides detailed education regarding diet and kidney disease while participating in individualized care planning and ongoing nutrition therapy monitoring.
Maintains dietetic registration, adheres to federal and state regulations, and actively participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
