Job Summary

  • Your job is to build and nurture a pipeline of future founding employees: the founding engineers and founding sales who are talented, intrapreneurial, and ready to bet on an early-stage project.
  • You'll report directly to Camille, our VP Talent & Ecosystem who just joined Hexa with one clear ambition: build the best recruiting team in the startup studio space.
  • Package: €60K to €68K gross/year (base salary of €50K–€57K + 20% annual profit sharing) plus investment opportunities, meal card, RTT days, flexible remote work, mobility budget, health insurance, and holiday bonus.
