Key Requirements
12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience
5+ years in a senior leadership role
Direct P&L ownership
Experience managing complex 3PL networks
Deep experience with big-box retail fulfillment
Proven track record reducing chargebacks
Strong financial and analytical acumen
Experience operating in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments
Deep understanding of fulfillment systems
Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams
