Job Summary

  • Lead the development and execution of new product/process introduction and process transfers across factories, ensuring technology, platforms, and products meet certification requirements before transferring to HVM.
  • Serve as the primary information interface between the fab and upstream/downstream customers, tracking collateral items, communicating wafer shipping, and managing product codes in internal systems.
  • Develop and implement new NPI systems and business processes, closing any identified issues through NPI reflections, and driving capacity execution efficiency.

  • Experience working with engineering fundamentals
  • Experience working with and managing NPI builds in factory environment
