Job Summary

The Senior International Accountant will oversee adherence to accounting policies and donor requirements while supporting country offices in over 20 countries.
This role requires coordinating month-end and year-end processes, performing quality control reviews, and acting as a bridge between HQ and field finance teams.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
Minimum 8 years of accounting experience
CPA or ACCA certification required
Fluency in English and French languages
Experience with multi-currency ERP systems
Knowledge of USAID regulations 2CFR200
Nice-to-have
Experience working with global non-profits
Ability to travel to country offices
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical and research abilities
Experience designing internal control systems

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
