Job Summary

• The Head, Dermatology, US Medical Affairs- Immunology is responsible for leading a matrixed team advancing the scientific strategy and business plan for the Dermatology Therapeutic Area.
• This role will manage a team of direct reports and represent Medical Affairs leadership by identifying and addressing key stakeholders’ needs through data generation, data dissemination, and special initiatives.
• The position requires leading the Dermatology team in developing a strategically and commercially aligned scientific strategy of evidence generation to support all Dermatology assets and driving omni-channel and data dissemination plans.

• Experience leading Field and inhouse Medical Affairs teams
• Experience leading teams through launch
