  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and cooking areas, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and monitor food temperatures and maintain proper quaternary solution levels.
  • Participate in the orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff and supervise kitchen staff in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor, ensuring all cleaning schedules and procedures are followed.
