Must-have

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or technical diploma
  • Extensive aerospace supplier quality experience
  • Expert-level GD&T proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA
  • Certified auditor with audit experience
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with GE Quality Systems tools
  • Proficiency in SAP and Avio Aero IT tools
  • Strong leadership and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with Hoshin Kanri methodologies

Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering or High school technical Diploma
  • Work Visa in accordance with local regulation required
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Proven expertise in PDCA/A3, Ishikawa diagram, and SPC
  • Deep understanding of complex assembly and machining processes
