Job Summary

  • Support the HR Business Partner Lead on all people-related matters for the business unit such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, and staff administration.
  • Support end to end recruitment assignments, including interview coordination, recommending appropriate sourcing & search strategy, and conducting proactive talent pooling.
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding programme and activities, and provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintenance and updating of accurate records on HRIS (Workday).
