Job Summary
Support the HR Business Partner Lead on all people-related matters for the business unit such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management, and staff administration.
Support end to end recruitment assignments, including interview coordination, recommending appropriate sourcing & search strategy, and conducting proactive talent pooling.
Responsible for new hire onboarding programme and activities, and provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintenance and updating of accurate records on HRIS (Workday).
