• 2+ years leading multiple projects
• 3+ years with enterprise SaaS applications
• Experience managing complex technology transformations
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
• Solid understanding of SDLC
• Experience using JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent)
