Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years managing building management infrastructure
Expertise in Tridium Niagara and Honeywell platforms
Proficiency with BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols
Valid driver's license with good driving record
On-call availability for system support
Ability to travel and work in confined spaces
Nice-to-have
Experience architecting enterprise building automation systems
Certifications in Building Automation Systems
Niagara certification preferred
Strong strategic vision and problem-solving abilities
Ability to present ideas to executive audiences
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Control Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience managing building management infrastructure
