Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrical/Mechanical Engineer specializing in Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS) to lead the design and development of aircraft electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 3D harness routing, Model-Based Design (MBD), and a deep understanding of EWIS regulations, particularly for large transport category aircraft
Job Summary
Lead EWIS design and development, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Create and optimize 3D harness assemblies, routing, and installations using CATIA.
Provide expert guidance on FAA EWIS regulations and ensure all designs are compliant with 14 CFR, Part 25, Subpart H.
