This role is key in ensuring that the company’s Social Policies and Industrial Relations strategy is developed and delivered effectively on the Belfast site.
The job holder will have responsibility to manage HR policy ensuring that high performance and consistency is applied in the business, through the delivery of a number of key business projects and provision.
