Homestead Post Acute is seeking a full-time laundry attendant for the PM shift to perform laundry and housekeeping duties in a nursing home setting. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and preferably one year of relevant experience

Job Summary

  • Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to provide quality laundry service and to maintain the nursing home in a sanitary manner, and free from offensive orders.
  • Make available a quantity of clean linen for proper care and comfort of all residents and deliver clean laundry items to resident rooms.
  • Follows all sanitary processes and procedures related to laundry duties and maintains inventory of laundry supplies.
