Job Summary

  • This role partners closely with regional growth marketers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, as well as global Business Development teams, to drive a unified acquisition approach, ensure strong SLA alignment and execution, and deliver consistent pipeline creation and measurable revenue impact for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Lead a function and work with a geographically distributed Acquisition Marketing team, including direct reports in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Establish global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track regional performance, compare insights, and optimize worldwide acquisition efforts.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or acquisition marketing
  • Experience managing global or distributed functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo
  • Managing global marketing automation and CRM workflows
