Job Summary
This role partners closely with regional growth marketers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, as well as global Business Development teams, to drive a unified acquisition approach, ensure strong SLA alignment and execution, and deliver consistent pipeline creation and measurable revenue impact for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Lead a function and work with a geographically distributed Acquisition Marketing team, including direct reports in AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Establish global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track regional performance, compare insights, and optimize worldwide acquisition efforts.

8+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or acquisition marketing
Experience managing global or distributed functions
