Job Summary

  • This role ensures that products are consistently produced and delivered to our customers to our quality expectations.
  • You will be expected to drive activities across several stakeholder teams including Product Development, Category Managers, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers to ensure the maintenance of quality expectations for our food & beverage products.
  • The position will focus on monitoring product performance of launched products, managing trend analysis, customer complaint issue identification, facilitate product and process improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams.
