The Health Care Social Worker will facilitate access to mental health and addiction services, provide brief supportive counselling, and act as a liaison between community resources and Mental Health & Addictions teams.

Key Requirements

Three years licensed experience in Mental Health and Addictions

Knowledge of DSM
Commitment to complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and Mental Health First Aid courses
