Job Summary

  • Vantage Data Centers powers, cools, protects and connects the technology of the world’s well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers and large enterprises.
  • The Director, Site Operations is responsible for the overall operational performance, reliability, and leadership at a center campus, ensuring all critical infrastructure and supporting teams operate safely and effectively in a 24x7x365 mission-critical environment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred
  • 10+ years in mission-critical facilities operations
  • 5+ years senior leadership experience
  • PMP, CFM, OSHA 30 or NFPA 70E certifications preferred
  • experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets
  • ability to work in 24x7 environment
  • strong decision-making under pressure
