The role ensures client satisfaction, technical excellence, financial performance, and sustainable growth of the SIR practice in alignment with WSP’s business objectives and values.
Serve as a senior client interface for key SIR clients, supporting client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience in Site Investigation & Remediation
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field
Texas or Louisiana professional registration (P.E., P.G.) or ability to obtain
Demonstrated success in client development and management
Experience managing complex projects and large teams
Detailed understanding of Texas and Louisiana regulations
