Key responsibilities include translating enterprise digital and AI strategy into a GCC delivery roadmap, building scalable data & AI, and supporting AI-first initiatives.
The role involves building and leading a high-performing Data & AI team, developing citizen AI enablement playbooks, and establishing a strong engineering culture.

Key Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Advanced Analytics
10+ years in a leadership or team lead role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks / Lakehouse architectures
