Bupa is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of care homes in Greater London and Surrey. The role involves managing a team to ensure facilities are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, while also providing support during staff absences

Job Summary

  • Manage a team of Maintenance Operatives and gardeners to ensure care homes remain fully functional and buildings and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist in the management of repairs and maintenance revenue budgets for the portfolio, ensuring corrective actions are taken to avoid unnecessary over or underspend.
  • Ensure that all health and safety and compliance checks are carried out as per the timescales directed by Bupa Standard Operating Procedures and by Bupa compliance management tools and software.
