Job Summary

  • In this role, you are responsible in collecting clinical and provider forms to determine the claim of the policy holder.
  • Oversee escalation and workload management, ensuring escalated/appeals cases are handled promptly and all cases are worked at least twice weekly and do not exceed 30 days.
