Qualifications: 5+ years of game production experience, with 2+ years specializing in mobile/web casual game development. Proven track record as Producer/Lead Designer on at least one successfully launched casual game (verifiable market/user growth). A solid artistic foundation or a strong understanding of concept art, UI/UX, and motion graphics—ability to give feedback to creative teams. Excellent logical thinking, cross-team communication, coordination, and people management skills (distributed/in-house teams).
