Job Summary
The HCM / EC Payroll Architect will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module.
You will provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical assistance to HR and Payroll teams, manage system updates, and ensure that all legal and tax updates are correctly applied.
Success in this role requires significant commitment, including flexibility to work extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines.

Key Requirements
7–10 years of hands-on experience
In-depth abilities configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM
In-depth abilities in Time Management and Payroll processes
Integrating cloud HR solution with SAP On-prem Time and Payroll
Successful full Life-cycle implementations
Proven record of success as individual contributor and team lead
Proven record of managing work streams
In-depth business analysis and requirements gathering
Proficiency in Schemas and PCRs
Clear understanding of security roles
In-depth knowledge on table relationships and reporting
