Key Requirements

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Lean principles/methods knowledge
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving tools
  • Self-directed, hands-on problem-solver
  • Ability to interpret product engineering specifications
  • Achieved or ability to achieve LSS Green Belt certification within 6 months
  • Ability to achieve LSS Black Belt certification within 2 years
