The National Harbor Boathouse is seeking a full-time Boathouse Shift Supervisor for the 2026 season, requiring candidates to work at least 4 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Job Summary
Assist in supervising and directing the unit’s staff at the direction of the Unit Manager and Assistant Manager.
Maintain and ensure a safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit’s equipment, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee hygiene.
The Boathouse Supervisor assists the Unit Managers in all aspects of unit operations and floor management, including equipment and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives.
