Job Summary

  • Assist in supervising and directing the unit’s staff at the direction of the Unit Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Maintain and ensure a safe facility environment including standards for maintenance and upkeep of unit’s equipment, sanitation, dress, cash control, and employee hygiene.
  • The Boathouse Supervisor assists the Unit Managers in all aspects of unit operations and floor management, including equipment and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives.
