Job Summary

  • The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.
  • The Development Manager leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategies to secure financial, human, and in-kind resources in support of IRC in Kansas’ mission, including major donor cultivation and corporate and foundation fundraising.
