We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant to join S&P Global’s People team, serving as an internal consultant to design and implement organizational solutions that enable strategy and accelerate performance.
Responsibilities include diagnosing how work gets done, translating business strategy into operating models, supporting job and work redesign, designing and executing change management strategies, and partnering with data teams to identify risks and opportunities.
