Provides oversight and direct leadership on multiple concurrent projects/programs of varying size up to and including enterprise transformational initiatives within multiple portfolios and/or LOBs at any given time.
Key contributor in developing financial realization measures and installing an appropriate risk management plan for the program.
Ensures collaboration across LOBs with key functional partners in the implementation of initiatives and proactively challenges the performance of current systems and processes.
