• The RN Transplant is a professional registered nurse and a designated member of the transplant team who provides comprehensive nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• The RN works with patients and their families beginning with the evaluation and will continue through the transplant process.
