  • This position is responsible for the movement of products in and out of the Sterilization facilities using a forklift.
  • The role requires verification of products, lots, and quantities via Sterilization control documents and the HighJump Inventory Management system.
  • BD prioritizes on-site collaboration with a minimum requirement of 4 days of in-office presence per week to foster creativity and innovation.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Licensed to operate material handling equipment
  • Experience with HighJump Inventory Management system
  • Ability to read and interpret Sterilization documents
  • Complete JDE transactions utilizing IBM Data Collection
  • Physical ability to re-stack products on pallets

Nice-to-have

  • 2 years of Forklift Experience on a Stand-up lift
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Willingness to cross train various positions

Key Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • 2 years of Forklift Experience preferred
  • Licensed to operate material handling equipment
